We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to market and support our tech platforms and support the customers with the services associated with the platform
Responsibilities
- Understanding the tech platforms offered by the company and the services related to that
- Develop marketing and demo content for showcasing the product and services of the platform through digital and physical channels
- Engage with the clients to implement the solution and support them for all the services requests
- Work with clients to identify the gaps in the platform and document the use cases for the same.
- Work with the tech team to explain the requirements, test the same and deploy it to the clients
- Work on lead generation as well as support the inbound leads for various services to offered by the company
- Participate in conferences to showcase the solutions and increase the usage of the platform
Skills , Education and Disposition
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's/Masters Degree and candidates with a degree in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition, Microbiology will be given preference.
- Must be familiar and willing to learn about the software development lifecycle and terminologies associated with it.
- Must be good at solving problems through technical interventions
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills, written, verbal and presentation
- Must have good command over English
- 1 Yr. + experience in Sales or Business Development
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
