We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting employee
development programs. This role plays a crucial part in shaping a positive and productive work environment aligned with
our company culture and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
- Coordinate and understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job ads on portals and manage candidate databases.
- Schedule and conduct interviews and follow up on the selection process
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
- Support internal communication to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Organize recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with inhouse managers.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Maintain records of learning outcomes and certifications.
- Support career development initiatives and internal growth opportunities.
- HR Operations Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Help manage onboarding and exit processes smoothly.
- Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.
- Maintain HR policies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
- BBA, BCA, BCom, or related field (MBA, MCom in HR preferred).
- Good understanding of HR practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must be well versed with MS office and HR software/tools
- Must be able to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
