HR/Operations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting employee
development programs. This role plays a crucial part in shaping a positive and productive work environment aligned with
our company culture and goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding. 
    • Coordinate and understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Post job ads on portals and manage candidate databases. 
    • Schedule and conduct interviews and follow up on the selection process
  • Employee Engagement
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. 
    • Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to assess employee satisfaction. 
    • Support internal communication to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. 
    • Organize recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs in coordination with inhouse managers.
    • Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
    • Maintain records of learning outcomes and certifications.
    • Support career development initiatives and internal growth opportunities.
  • HR Operations Support
    • Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
    • Help manage onboarding and exit processes smoothly.
    • Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles. 
    • Maintain HR policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • BBA, BCA, BCom, or related field (MBA, MCom in HR preferred).
  • Good understanding of HR practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must be well versed with MS office and HR software/tools
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
