Administrative Assistant/Accounts Officer

Job role:

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant/Accounts Officer who will be able to help with taking care of office operations, candidate screening, scheduling meetings and interviews, raising invoices and reconciling payments. Additional duties will include asset tracking, travel support, handling company events, conducting employee engagement program, and engaging with academic institutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising pro-forma/invoices & reconciling payments.
  • Office management, keeping track of physical and digital assets, supplies, F&E and other services
  • Assist in procurement of equipment and consumables as required by the team
  • Co-ordinate events and trainings conducted by the organization including registrations, certifications etc
  • Keeping track of employee attendance, trainees and interns
  • Assist in hiring thorough screening of resumes and setting up interviews
  • Stay connected with the academic institutions to have a constant pipeline of people for hiring
  • Assist the team with travel planning and management

Requirements:

  • Must have at least a Bachelor's degree BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM or the like.
  • 1-2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant supporting a team of 20+ people
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English, working knowledge of Hindi and Kannada
  • Must be well versed with MS office tools like Word, XL and power point
  • Tech-savvy and acquainted with digital publishing and basic of dash boarding of data
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Must be able to multi-task
